1. These terms

These terms govern your use of the MatchLayer website. Paid services are governed by a separate written services agreement between us and the client. Where a services agreement conflicts with these terms, the services agreement takes precedence for that client.

2. Who may use this site

This site is intended for businesses. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 and, where you act for a company, that you are authorised to do so.

3. The sample request

Submitting the sample form is a request, not a contract. We may decline any request. Nothing in the sample obliges either of us to enter a paid engagement.

By submitting a store URL you confirm you are authorised to share it and that we may access publicly available pages on that store to prepare the sample. A sample is illustrative and is not a guarantee of the recommendations that a live implementation would produce.

4. Results and forward-looking statements

Any client results shown on this site describe outcomes for those specific clients, on their catalogs, over the measurement periods stated. Ecommerce performance depends on catalog, traffic, pricing, merchandising and season. Past results are not a prediction or guarantee of your results.

Where we describe a figure as measured against a holdout or control group, we mean it and will share the methodology on request. Where a figure is an estimate or derived from another metric, we label it as such on the page.

5. Pricing and offers

Prices shown are indicative and exclude taxes. Promotional terms, including any waived setup fee, apply only for the period stated and only to catalogs within the stated limits. We may change published pricing at any time; changes do not affect a signed agreement during its term.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its content and the MatchLayer name and marks belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, republish or create derivative works from the site without our written permission.

Client catalog data remains the client's property. The product graph, taxonomy, models, tooling and methods we use to produce it remain ours. Third-party brand names and product images shown on this site belong to their respective owners and appear for illustration.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it at a scale that burdens our infrastructure, or submit false information through our forms.

8. No warranty for the site

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about its availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Service commitments for paid work live in the services agreement, not here.

9. Limitation of liability
